Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required when you place your furniture order. Final payment will be due before the furniture is shipped.
Payment methods accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express.
Sales Tax
If your furniture is shipped to Pennsylvania or picked up at Burgoon Furniture Company, we are required to charge applicable sales tax (6%)
Return policy
Furniture:
At Burgoon Furniture Company, the customer's complete satisfaction with our furniture is our number one priority. When an order has been completed, we will email a picture of the finished furniture so the customer can see the end result for their approval prior to shipping. Once we receive confirmation of approval, we will ship the furniture. At the time of arrival, a careful inspection of each piece of furniture should be made.
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your furniture, you may return it within 10 days of accepted delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
To return furniture, please contact us at: customerservice@burgoonfurniturecompany.com for return arrangements.
Furniture must be received by us in its original, undamaged condition before a refund will be given. Delivery costs are nonrefundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
To ensure the furniture arrives at Burgoon Furniture Company undamaged, we highly recommend the customer use Clark and Reid Fine Furniture Services for returns.
Butcher Blocks, Cutting Boards and Bread Boards:
If you are not completely satisfied with any of these products within 30 days of purchase we guarantee 100% money back. All you have to do is return the product to Burgoon Furniture Company, 203 Gates Hollow, Bradford, Pennsylvania, 16701. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
When we receive the product you will be refunded in the same method payment was made.
Damage Policy
Furniture:
Each piece of furniture is carefully blanket wrapped to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. Every piece is guaranteed replacement cost protection by Clark & Reid. Should damage occur, they also provide stress free repairs or returns when necessary with the end result being your total satisfaction with your Burgoon Furniture product.
Butcher Blocks, Cutting Boards and Bread Boards:
If your product arrives damaged please contact us by completing our contact form or emailing us at customerservice@burgoonfurniturecompany.com and we will gladly do the paperwok for you, or you can contact UPS yourself. Remember to keep all packaging, they will need to inspect the product and package. Damaged Package Claims Process can be viewed at UPS.COM
Delivery Time
Furniture — Average construction time for furniture is 8 - 10 weeks depending on current backlog. Delivery takes an additional 1 - 5 weeks depending on your location. A more accurate date will be quoted at the placement of the order or by e-mailing us at: customerservice@burgoonfurniturecompany.com When your order is finished, Clark & Reid’s shipping coordinator will contact you to schedule a date and time for delivery.
Cutting Boards/Bread Boards -- All boards in stock ship the next day. If an item is out of stock we will email you with an approximate delivery date. Most out of stock orders will typically ship within 7 - 10 business days.
Butcher Blocks -- All Butcher Blocks are MADE TO ORDER. Once ordered, we will email you with an approximate delivery date. Butcher Blocks usually ship within 7 - 10 business days.
Home Accents — Home Accents usually ship within 7 - 10 business days.
Delivery Method
At this time, Burgoon Furniture ships only to the lower 48 states. Furniture can be delivered by our award-winning shipping partner, Clark & Reid, or picked up by the customer at our shop.
Clark & Ried — Our furniture is delivered all over the continental United States by Clark & Reid Fine Furniture Services. Clark & Reid pick up and deliver using only their own trucks and employees. Your blanket-wrapped furniture will be unpacked and placed in any room you choose. Routine assembly and minor repairs are also included. Customer pick up — The customer picks up the furniture at our shop. This eliminates all shipping and handling charges. If Customer Pick Up is chosen, all orders must be picked up within 7 business days of completion.
Home Accessories — Home accessories are delivered using basic ground delivery and will arrive by USPS or UPS.
